    a good breakfast should contain high energy foods such as raw chocolates, maybe fruits becoz they are high in sucrose which is a type of sugar which is low on the glycemic index

    A good healthy breakfast would be some fresh fruit, some flax seed oil, and oats belnded together into a morning smoothie.

    What I usually eat, is a few donuts, a can of Mountain Dew, and a bagel with cream cheese. Tastes a lot better. (jk :)

    For breakfast I usually have any season fruit (these days it’s mandarinas and oranges) and a cup of milk with coffee, some bread and the day before leftovers (beans, rise, vegetables). I never have meat.
