   Drakhan…las expresiones cambian de pais en pais. (incluso en un mismo pais pueden variar, ella esta usando tal vez español de España)

   “Me gustaria hacer una reserva” is WRONG.
   “Me gustaria hacer una reservacion” is RIGHT.

   “Tengo una reserva” is WRONG.
   “Tengo una reservacion” is RIGHT.

   Specifically in restaurnats
   “Me gustaria pedir” is WRONG
   “Me gustaria ordenar” is RIGHT.
   “Me gustaria pedir” is only Right if it is inmedietly followed by the order, other wise it is wrong.

   “Guardate el cambio” is WRONG
   “Quedate el cambio” is RIGHT

    She keeps mixing …
    She keeps mixing verbs for TU and USTED.
    For example : “Quedate con el cambio” is when you mean TU and “Quedese con el cambio” when you mean USTED. She hasn’t made up her mind, sometimes she refers to familiar TU and others to more polite USTED. Too bad she doesn’t clarify that.
