Sheep Cheese: Ancient Heritage Dairy

Published by at 11:14 am under heritage recipes

    Elle was adding …
Elle was adding cocoa and olive oil to the ’round’, after it has aged a bit. The time I spent with them was not a day for making cheese. I did another story on goat’s milk cheese where you can see more of the cheese making process, but it’s not a ‘how to’. Artisan Cheese on the Farm: youtube[dot]com/watch?v=8tClKqs4Mfg
