   I WOULD EAT THIS EVERY DAY. I ORDERED AN ENTIRE LAMB. 4 racks of lamb 6 chops, 4 legs of lamb and ground lamb. I cant wait till it arrives cause im making me some roasted lamb shank.

   i must comment on the fact that you used protective foil with your skillet-well it is good because to cook bulky meats for long hours using skillets really damages it and i’ve lost many a pots doing so…they really look ghetto now lol

   if you guys never tried it… make a red wine/rosemary reduction for this. I know it sounds like something for a steak dinner but trust me, it’s awesome with lamb too!
