Thai Pasta Noodles

INGREDIENTS:

6 oz of spaghetti
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon fresh ginger or 1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon fresh garlic or 1/2 teaspoon dried garlic
1 teaspoon red chili/pepper flakes
1 and 1/2 cups sliced chicken
1 red bell pepper sliced/chopped
3 green onions (scallions) chopped 1/2 inch
1/4 cup cilantro
Lime wedges
2 tablespoons chopped peanuts for garnish or more

SAUCE:

1/4 to 1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 to 1/3 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons any peanut butter

    looks good! most rice noodles arent cooked, theyre just fresh not dried like pasta! but i never knew that thai often use italian style pasta! i thought it would taste funny, but they have wheat noodles too, so i guess theres not much difference, just that theyre not fresh! lol and dont worry, i know how sucky allegies are :-( i shouldnt eat chillis but i do in very small amounts, or they make me sick (i used to looove hot food!)

    took them to Rome,there was no Italy until
    1880 something, I used Nam Pla instead of Soy
    but only a tablespoon, Aroy de mak (Thai for
    very good delicious)

    In the description box, I suggest putting chopped peanuts for garnish; along with a list of ingredients!
    I am not allowed to eat peanuts or any nut :(
