    have you done a video on vitamin/mineral supplements? i understand it’s not a substitute for a nutritious diet, but there is a lot of controversy over whether to take supplements at all. ?

    It is deemed fine …
    It is deemed fine to consume eggs if you are a healthy person with low LDL (bad) cholesterol and high HDL (good) levels.
    However if you have a heart condition or issues with plasma cholesterol then daily consumption should be avoided.
    To sum it up dietary cholesterol actually increases the LDL levels in your body.

    ya I have to agree …
    ya I have to agree that eggs aren’t good for ya. they are good to some extend but…I heard in a research that if men eat just 1 egg a day.the chances of him getting diabetes increases by around 60% while a women increases her chances of getting diabetes by around 76% so definately not the best food to be included in your diet

    Egg yolks are very bad for you if consistently consumed on a daily basis.
    In moderation they are good but if you currently have cholesterol issues they are not recommended.
