    you can purchase lunch meats that don’t contain nitrates (even at Walmart)…which I believe was the reason she was saying lunch meats are on the worst food list.

    Almonds and fruit. Babybels are good too, every now and then. They do have lots of calories, but they’re also organic and have tons of protein.

    I don’t think cow milk or soy milk are good, I’m a big fan of rice milk, almond milk, hemp milk or coconut milk.

    1 cup seedless …
    1 cup seedless grapes with 1/2 cup of non fat plain yogurt

    all bran with extra fiber, yogurt, and raisins

    whole wheat english muffin with some fat free cheese and tomato sauce and veggies! only like 150 calories! :)
