		<description>MACARONI AND SHRIMP SALAD   

1 lb. macaroni, cooked
2 or more lbs. shrimp, cook, peel and cut in 1/2 inch or smaller

Mix, add salt and pepper to taste. Then mix dressing.

DRESSING:

Salad dressing
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. Old Bay

Cook sugar and vinegar until sugar is dissolved. Add Old Bay, celery seed and boil 1 minute. Mix this with 1 pint of salad dressing, then mix into the macaroni and shrimp. Makes a large bowlful. 

SALMON CROQUETTES   

1 stack crackers, crushed fine
1 lg. can salmon
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 egg
Black pepper
Extra crackers to roll croquettes in

Mix all ingredients and shape around cheese cubes. Roll in cracker crumbs. Drop in deep fat fryer until done 

HAM POTATO &amp; TOMATO SOUP CASSEROLE   

6 slices of ham
8 potatoes, sliced
4 onions, sliced
1 lg. can tomato soup, diluted with water

Layer ham, potatoes and onions. Put can of tomato soup over the above and bake at 375 degrees until tender. You may simmer on top of the stove also. Ham slices when cut are in serving pieces. Serves 6.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

		<description>2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter
2 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
paprika, for the top

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.Cook macaroni in boiling salted water, following package directions. Drain well; return to pot. Add butter and stir until melted. Add 2 cups of the shredded cheese. In a medium bowl, whisk eggs with the milk. Add the milk mixture to the macaroni. Stir until well combined. Spoon into the greased pan. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until the cheese has melted and browned and casserole is cooked through.
Serves 4 to 6.

You could also make this sometime - yummy!
Peanut Butter Parfait
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1/4 cup peanut butter
vanilla ice cream, enough for 4 parfait glasses
crushed peanut brittle or chopped peanuts

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, milk, corn syrup, and butter. Cook, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves and butter melts. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and beat with mixer or whisk until smooth; let cool thoroughly. In parfait glasses, alternate layers of ice cream and cooled peanut butter sauce, beginning and ending with the ice cream.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

In a medium saucepan, over medium heat melt butter or margarine. Whisk flour and stir vigorously. Add milk and cook until thick and bubbly, about 5 to 7 minutes. Add cheeses and stir until completely melted. 
In a large bowl mix together the drained pasta and cheese sauce mixture. Toss to coat evenly. 
Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake in a preheated 350 degree F (175 degrees C) oven for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
