The savory sausage is produced by Edwards of Surry, Virginia, using premium pork from rare, heritage-breed Berkshire pigs. Pasture-raised on family farms under certified humane conditions, the pigs produce meat that is darker, more heavily marbled and far richer tasting than standard pork. The meat is lightly seasoned with salt, pepper and sage to highlight its spectacular flavor. Simply thaw the frozen sausage and shape the meat into patties, or add it to favorite recipes. 2 lb.
