In Australia why is it that some restaurants don’t care that their waiters/waitresses can’t understand English?

I’ve been to so many restaurants where the staff can’t comprehend or communicate in simple English!

Do what we always do….LEAVE! We pay well for a dinner, we should not have to pay for teaching english as well.

I already have a job!
