Natalie counts down the 10 worst drinks. Chances are if you eat an average American diet, you drank at least three of these today.
In a fast food nation, eating healthy food becomes difficult to do. Yet a poor diet contributes to low energy, obesity, stress, health problems and high medical bills.
If you eat better, you will feel better and this video discusses some of the foods you should avoid.

Actually, if you’re going to drink milk it should be raw and organic – not one without the other. But milk is not something you have to drink. It’s just another food option.
And stay away from soy. If you’re going to go for rice milk then make sure there’s no carageenan.
Also, one more thing… don’t drink tap water. It needs to be clean and should be either spring water, water you distill yourself, or some type of well water. Don’t ever drink tap water.
