Best Mac & Cheese Casserole!

While I was walking along Bleecker St earlier this week (not today, obviously, since it was raining like crazy, and I would be a fool to be out in that), I passed a bakery that had the most delicious looking cakes in the window – including the above cake, decorated to look like a sunflower.
