<p>Ingredients for Dry Mix:<br />
2 to 2 1/2 C Flour<br />
1/2 C dry sweet (sugar, succanat, brown sugar)<br />
2 tsp Baking Powder (3 if using whole wheat)<br />
1/2 tsp salt<br />
Dry season to taste (cinnaman, nutmeg&#8230;)<br />
Dry mix-ins (nuts, dried fruit&#8230;)</p>
<p>Seal and toss in freezer</p>
<p>Wet Ingredients:<br />
1 C Milk<br />
1/4 oil (butter, canola, veg&#8230;)<br />
1 egg<br />
liquid extracts to taste (vanilla, almond&#8230;)<br />
UP TO 1/2 moist additions (apple butter, peanut butter, pureed pumpin)</p>
<p>Mix and store all wet ingredients in fridge until needed. In this case mix in peanut butter jar for flavor. </p>
<p>Preheat oven to 400<br />
Combine wet mix into dry mix in a bowl.<br />
Spoon in oiled/sprayed muffin tims.<br />
Bake 18-20 minutes on center rack.</p>
