    CEBICHE is a …
CEBICHE is a peruvian recipe. If you think the Peruvian dish isn’t authentic then show me proof. Peruvian Cebiche has been cited and documented in many books and articles as it being “original”.
I have tried Mexican. It looks like breakfast, lunch and dinner mixed into one bowl with nachos etc.
The “authentic” recipe is supposed to make the dish more of an entree than a bowl of whatever-you-can-cram-in-it. It’s definitely not the real thing with all the other stuff added.
