    Dr, with all do …
Dr, with all do respect, in 1974 4% of Americans were obese. Today, depending on what state they live in the overweight and obesity rate is as high as 75%. You theory about sleep is absurd. NOTHING I repeat NOTHING can defy the laws of thermodynamics and conservation of mass. There is only one cause of obesity and it is called gluttony. It really is that simple. The cause of gluttony is a lack of morality. We have become a nation of nasty women and gurly men.

Fat people need to be ridiculed.

continued…. Nursing class- as an example of the importance of holistic care, and preventative medicine, improving quality of life. I believe your videos make a wonderful tool with which to illustrate these very valuable aspects of care. We are a class of 20 (EN) nursing students who will be graduating this September, as very small fish in the sea of medical study main stayed by people as Yourself.

Here’s the cure: 4 litres of H2O a day, drop the cola, snacks, and start biking or just moving 30 minutes a day. Condition your body to cope with hunger. In the morning, eat according to the things you’re gonna do. if it works for me, it must for you. BRRPOP

Very imformative Very important issue in today’s society. Many of Us eat far too much eat too much junk food eat too fast . Rather we live to eat then eat to live. Weight management is control by sensible eating habits along with exercise and self esteem. Myself I eat mostly Greek and Turkish food which is far heathier than Crap American food
