    What you are …
What you are failing to realize is that the vaccines and other tactics I brought up keep people in good general health until they get to a higher maturing age, then they drop like flies – as in no need to provide more health insurance or pentions. Obesity keeps people less active throughout their whole life, making total production go down the toilet, etc. Its a different ball game mate.

    I disagree, though …
I disagree, though people are definently part of the problem. Self responibility is a worldly problem for all sheep. But your last statement is retarded. The other tatics you mention would affect the workforce too. If your able to open your mind to vaccines/flouride and others, how can you not see Obesity or Mal-nutrition as a tatic. We live in FASCISM which is related to corporate control. McDonalds is a tool. They’re in every neigborhood and have some of the worst foods to eat – VERY STRATEGIC

    You think NWI has …
You think NWI has anything to do with Obesity? Thats moronic – its lazy fat americans bombarded by mcdonalds advertisements (do olympians really eat mcdonalds?) Do your research, as its things vaccines, pharmaceuticals, and fouride added to city water that have been umed to be used for population control purposes. But to say that obesity is a secret way to kill of citizens is retarded because not only does it affect the work force of an entire country, but also production, -\/\/

    Besides war and non …
Besides war and non obese diseases, obesity is a very secret and efficient way to murder millions of people without them knowing or really caring. Think how much longer people would live? It is all for a reason. The world cannot sustain the amount of people on this planet. Hence it is only natural to kill them. Sad but true…. think about all the other signs that show the creation of the NEw world order…

    Based on what? BMI?
If so, then Michael Jordan, Russell Crowe and George Clooney are obese.

    its not about …
its not about metabolic rate so much. Its not just the health benefits either…some foods contain massive amounts of Saturated Fat which. There are good fats and bad ones..eating a diet high in bad fats will also be high in calories…Calories=energy..eat more energy than you can burn and you end up gaining weight. But Hormonal imbalances can affect how your body processes sugars and fats therefore causing it to go straight to fat instead of being burned as energy. anyway just an fyi to u.

    Hmmm.. I have a …
Hmmm.. I have a slight discomfort upon how she said you can have under 30 BMI and still be obese. Basically, she suggests there that obesity means people with health problems, and not specifically fat people. I’ve heard that many thin people had diabetes and heart disease as well. So it makes me wonder how many of these “obese” people, who make up the obesity epidemic, are actually fat..

    Losing 100 pounds …
Losing 100 pounds in one day is very unhealthy. And I know fat people who do eat fruits and vegetables and others who are a little chubby and eat fruits and vegetables who don’t lose weight. They do gain health benefits, but didn’t lose weight. Don’t get me wrong. Some can lose weight from doing so, but others can’t. Fruits and veggies don’t impact metabolism that much.

    BMI is an …
BMI is an antiquated number for people who have no idea what “lean body mass” is. Body Builders and Pro Wrestlers have BMI’s in the Obese range, but have Body Fat percentages in the single digits.

Put simply BMI is 5-10% off on a regular basis, in both positive and negative directions. No serious physician or personal trainer has used it since the 80’s.
