    I don’t think he …
I don’t think he quite understands what “insidious” means, either. I think he just likes using big words…whether he knows what they mean or not.

Yeah fat Americans again to perpetuate the stereotype. I suppose there are no fat Europeans. Yup, the English and Germans are thin as rails. LOL

    that guy @ 3:20 is …
that guy @ 3:20 is a f*cking c*nt. it’s just more information – what people do with it is there business.

    Also find it …
Also find it hilarious when people eat these loaded up salads that are almost as bad as a burger in an attempt to eat healthy.

Fatass you ate iceberg lettuce (basicly water) covered with cheese and bacon bits, with enough oil to drown out the taste of the veggies.

    I can’t believe how …
I can’t believe how dumb some people are.

Eat more calories than you expend, and you will gain weight.

    Eat smaller, more frequent meals.

    Exercise.

Eat when you are hungry, starving yourself is bad. Eat more slowly and stop eating when you are no longer hungry, don’t just eat because it’s there.

Simple stuff. No magic diet pills required…

    Governments only …
Governments only have the right to inform, not to TELL people how to eat, or what to eat. Just information… once that line is crossed (where govs tell you what you can eat) it needs to be put back in its place. It works for the people, the people are not supposed to be slaves to others’ wishes.

I totally agree that most food eaten is –most have no idea where it comes from or what is in it besides the little you can see. Don’t supersize for .50 more and waste most of it, or eat it all

    This allows people …
This allows people to excercise and also facilitates superior production economically. Greed affects everyone that is essentially what started all of this.

    Or more. People who …
Or more. People who are barely surviving cannot afford healthier food. also, much of the so called healthy food is so filled with chemicals and preservatives and High Fuctose Corn Syrup, that they are almost worse than eating a stick of butter. this country needs a change in their lifestyle. we need more excercise, but workplaces want you to work too many hours so you don’t have time to do so. We need to adopt the European Lifestyle. they eat healthier..more natural and have more downtime.

    While i do think …
While i do think people need to eat less and choose better foods healthwise, it is not the only factor that is at work here. The way our economy is running currently, people have to work 2,3, or more jobs just to survive. the have no time to cook and or cannot afford to buy the healthier foods. lets face it, when apples and oranges and grapes are $3.99 or $4.99 a pound and little debbies are $1.29 which is cheaper? How about a Big Mac being 99cents vs eating at a restaurant for meals being $10
