Yunz all are THE BEST! Your video recipies are SO enjoyable and personable. I hadn’t watched this one because I’ve done crock pot roasts before, BUT it never occured to me to use Tony’s as a seasoning.
Can’t wait to try this…maybe Sunday. We tried slow cooking our New Years Day pork loin/kraut in a cast roaster on top of a kerosene heater in our living room! With temps in the low 20’s furnace didn’t come on, aroma was GREAT. Dinner was perfect. Cooked faster than we figured, but no burn.
