    I’m a guido born and raised in Jersey. Your family definately makes it different than mine. I think our family makes it more traditional with the thin steak, romano, parsley garlic, salt & pepper.

    Hey Caitlin, thats more like a bracoile log ! It looks good. Although I get scolded (I’m 34) by my mom if I deviate by one ingredient, I’m gonna try to make yours anyway. My family is from Naples. I went to naples back in 2006 to soo the old family area and it was fun.
