    I don’t have one either. I used a potato masher…didn’t really get it to a paste, but it went really well with the curry.

    Eggplant (one large will feed four),Red,chilli (whole),mustard seed,cummin seed,onion (dinced),curry leaves,geen chillie (chopped),ginger paste,tummuric,brown onions,chopped tomatos,corriander powder,chillie powder,Peanuts and Seasamee seeds.

    I made this today instead of ordering Indian takeout as was my original plan. I was surprised at how easy it was to make and it tastes incredible! Can’t wait till later so I can hit the leftovers — I’m just too full right now to eat any more. 😉

    That’s indian sweet potato, Red skin and white flesh.
